the sales through this web-site. Shipping costs are not included.
Different prices from different sales point than this one, may occur depending
on the type of distribution or promotion applied.
This price list on line replace and cancel all the previous one.

The sale contract on web is based on the orderly legislative rule no. 185 dated
May 22, 1999.
The client has the right to cancel the purchasing contract and send back the
merchandise within 10 (ten) days from date of delivery, provided that the packing
of the product is not damaged and it is perfectly sealed.
The faulty products have to be reported to PIERONERO sas within 10 (ten) days,
from date of delivery.
The return products, previously reported to us with specific reasons included,
have to be sent to:
PIERONERO sas Via San Carlo 375 47020 San Carlo di Cesena (FC).
In both cases, the expeditions costs (forward and return way of the merchandise)
are at the client’s charge.

in the Privacy Law 675/96. Following the order of this law, PIERONERO sas is
pledging to avoid divulging personal, economic or general data transmitted from
